You need to see them and measure to be sure on any of them. There where so many variations, split dates, and manufacturers using up what they had, that you can never be sure during that time period.

I just looked at the instructions on the Kiggly Crank Trigger and it is not what you are after. It use it to supplement the CAS on the head for the AEM standalone computers.

Are you going to beef up the frame and body??

I helped a friend pick one of these up and turn it over for frame work last year. It was all of 350lbs or so of metal body and frame. It looked like he needed to build a good frame and put the body on top of it to me.

Can you still get MegaJolt? I don't recall seeing them anywhere in the last several years. You have to have a computer to run the Ford EDIS. Worst case drop $130 on the cheapest megasquirt and only hook up ignition.

Thanks. I just noticed the Mookeeh pulleys for the 54b have a steel toothed wheel on the aluminum pulley. I missed that before but since the pickups are magnetic it makes sense.

The insulation is what I was most interested in. I've removed all the wiring from mine already. The insulation is pretty well stuck down in mine.

What was the tool you used to cut the brackets out of the engine bay? That and filling holes is next on my list. Thanks for the info.

The non forum project zero g page specifies 6mm offset pins. They would be offset further up to account for the long stroke crank. If you google 2.3 4g63 stroker I am sure you can find the pistons for sale and exact numbers. The 4g63 stroker seems to be pretty common these days.

You need to put some serious thought into the front and rear suspension for HP like that. There will have to be a lot of weight transfer to be able to get any traction at all in it. Be sure to post racing picks and good luck.
