It is a Mitsubishi rear end, your best bet is to install an 8.8 out of an Explorer, the leaf spring perches line up with the mighty max spacing. The explorer 8.8 also come with a trac-lok lsd.

I'm not sure on that, I was going to run it in a truck. You could alwas run a smaller booster and/or relocate it over.

FS: RWD JMF Drag SMIM Dual Rails/N2O Bungs

I put together this setup for a high-hp rwd that may not be built now. It is a JMF drag manifold with dual rails and nitrous bungs. The nitrous bungs have not been drilled/tapped yet. It is flanged for a 1g head and Hypertune 77mm throttle body. $625 shipped

I take it you are planning to install a dohc head on the 4g64 and turbocharge it, correct? If this is correct, you can use aftermaket 4g63 rods w/o any issues, unless the bottom of the cylinders need to be clearanced. What Mike was saying, is that if you use a 4g64 crank in the 4g63 block, you will ...

From the looks of it, you would have to do some clearancing to the firewall to clear the cas and possibly a rear-mounted thermostat housing. Another option is to relocate the engine foward 2.5-3". This allows the cas/t-stat to clear the firewall w/o any clearancing. The only downfall is the custom ...

Hi Paul, that block should be a wideblock, so you would have to swap the 4g63t internals into it. Another option is to find a 1g d50 with a chrysler 904 trans/narrowblock bellhousing. This would bolt right up to a 4g63t block. There is some more info on this over on the hotrodcoffeeshop.com forum.

Check the internal wastegate actuator and see if it is hooked up. You may also want to do a boost leak test on it and check for any exhaust leaks.
