Well when I got it the car had 190000 miles which is a ton and judging from the way the engine was completely trashed and seized with broken rockers and munched turbo, I would have to say it saw some abuse lol. Thats kinda why I did this swap so I could go through it all. Bit I kinda got happy with ...

First off what harnesses are you using? I.E. 1g dsm 2g dsm 90 dsm. Second what vehicle are you trying to wire it into. And which version of megasquirt are you using. If you look on DIYAUTOTUNE.com they have all the wiring diagrams there or you can find them on the forums usually if you look around ...

You can use the 4g64 crank with the 4g63 rods. You just need pistons with a relocated wrist pin whole to bring the piston down further so it doesnt smash your head. MUCH cheaper than buying a whole new kit. The only thing is you may need to upgrade your rods eventually if you are going to apply any ...

I know this sounds sill but check your firing order of the wires from the coil pack to the engine. Since 1+4 and 2+3 fire together it may run fine at an idle if they arent far off in order. What we always did on the dsm 4g63 running that as well as ecu link was set all the maf-t values to 0 and run tuning off of the ecu link. Made this problem disappear because maf-t is really hard to tune. Those little knobs accept the tiniest adjustments and are very hard to get correct. Not sure if ...

Or have a cover made that would cover it all up like on the corvette engines and the cadillac norstar engines. Plus it would fit in nicely in a row at a show until they walk up on it and see only four spark plugs.

You have to use a 94 galant 4g64 dohc belt or a 4g64 sohc belt. The 4g63 belt will be too shorter with the added 6mm deck hight
If you go to the project zero g home page and look in the part numbers section in the drop down menu under 4g6x swap you it will give you both belt options and part numbers
