This is a really cool swap and i look forward to seeing how it goes. The crossfire is like a newer version of the conquest anyway so its a fine match, hell u could even rebadge it a "crossquest" haha. The NAG1 is a strong tranny its also used in the dodge sprinters, u must have made some serious ...

I have a 6bolt flexplate from a '95 sonata that had the 4g63, the flexplate on this did not have the ring gear on the the flexplate rather is was on the torque converter and the flexplate attached to the converter with 3 bolts. If this sounds similar i can send u ...

The 904 trans has lighter internals and does not "consume" as much HP as the beefier 727. However the 904 properly prepared can handle high HP, and has been drag raced in lightweight cars with lower torque engines, the 727 is suited to heavier cars producing more torque.

I have not finished my project, and i have not finished welding the oil pan together (just tacked it together), my welder is a POS as are my welding skills so i think im going to get it professionally TIG welded. The problems with the OEM ...

I'll be down for one as well. Stacking those flanges and welding them looks pretty straight forward but i wonder if that would last being thermo cycled day in day out. A solid piece sounds great, get on it dude haha.

Yeah the Hyundai Stellar was the first hybrid car, it had Euro Ford suspension / rear axle, Mitsu Japanese drivetrain, Italian design, and was sold by a Korean manufacturer. Now if thats not a hybrid tell me what is haha. Its like the car was made by the U.N. or Dr Frankenstein.

I think a set of quality adjustable cam gears is the way to go if u dont want the hassle of getting stockers re-drilled and like to be able to tune. They may cost more, but if your setup ever changes such as going from NA to Turbo u can easily adjust cam timing. Also if u race the car, u can change ...

Best way to think of torque is a force. A force (torque) exerting itself over a distance/time (RPM) = work (HP). So if u have a small amount of torque but its exerted at high RPM u can have the same HP as alot of torque exerted over a small RPM. A force cant do any work unless its moving, and there ...

The only really similarity between the 4g32 and the 4g63 is they have the same bellhousing bolt pattern. The 4g32 uses a 5 bolt flywheel/crank, and because of the balance shafts, the 4g63 is wider, its also a bit longer so the oil pan is a no go. I think i have the km132 i have seen pics on here and ...
