km132 cable Clutch issues

need help with my swap. Have a 4g63 with fwd flywheel starion clutch disc and im assuming normal fwd pressure plate mated to my km132 tranny but i have no clutch.There is barely any pedal pressure like the throwout bearing is not coming in contact with the pressure plate. I know this setup should work as others have ran it Any help is appreciated

Is the cable adjusted? There should be an adjuster sumwhere on the cable, i had a similar issue when replacing the clutch on my car
