Malfunction junction starts with the exhaust manifold side, Flipping the turbo and using a stock manifold takes a lot more room. a top mounted simple turbo would be a cleaner and more space efficient way to go. if you are trying to free as much space as possible, that tand the cam gears.

its a 1992 MR2 turbo about 108 K miles, the only mods i have on it is an air to liquid intercooler , fuel cell piping and turbo back exhaust. Still have the turbo , boost controller and suspension parts in a box somewhere ...

kinda off topic, how many psi does the millenia S put out? the miller cycle engine have a delayed intake cam opening. I know he said ifs off a 3.8 the mazda i belive is a 2.3 i just wanted to ask if anyone know how many psi does it run stock to get 210 hp 210 tq.

How about a positive displacement roots type like the one off my 4agze? I know its on the small side but that does not require it to be on the intake manifold, but yeah the intake manifold is a hogged out type because the throttle body is on the intake side of the SC, how about some centifugal ones ...

yep the wires look justa a tad bit off, the look at me blue caps on the 90 tb caught my eye, the wiring, the hole on the front timing cover. other than that its great to see a 4g63 the way it should be put in RWD. they had an AWD celica by fenn sport a while back, i dont personally know if it has provisions out back, ( it had to at the end, thats why the rear is hung there)but like Jeff said Please post some pics or ideas on here.if it does work out it would be pretty interesting.

if you stick with a 1g harness you could either just get a 97 + head so you dont have to drill the studs for the external cas, 95 and 96 had the cam gear CAS that is internal, after that its external. all you would need really is a 1g cas. all the sensors could be used, but doublecheck if the knock ...

you can remove quite a few stuff on the 2g as well but they may trigger CEL's some might affect drivability, Some might not.

the MR2 runs perfectly fine, everythings stock minus the turbo back exhaust and the beefy air to liquid intercooler, thier both on that page uptop if you click the MR2 links and here is the corollas pic.

Oh, well i kinda snipped that off the VPC ,as you can see. It still has the resistor snap clip covers are still there. I shouldnt have a use for it if this car runs, then it could be yours :) Ill keep you updated.

Well i never got time to take the master cyl off, but it has some casting sizes ontop of both the master and slave. I guess this is a good time for me to measure the displacement( piston size) and total travel it has on a full stroke on the master cyl, to have some more information so i could make a better choice when i get to that part of the project.
