I think I'm just going to switch the 1g manifold from my eclipse and tap the left side, make it a rwd manifold, do the opposite for the aluminum manifold on the 64/63t set up in the starion.
Should be the easiest fix.

Intake Manifold brake line clearning
So I have an aluminum intake manifold for my 4g64/3t set up that I've had put into the 86 starion I have.
Everything is almost done, except ran into problem with the brake line grazing the left corner of the manifold..
I was wondering if I just fabricate with what I have, (cut the manifold and ...

AFTERMARKET FMIC STARION
Does anyone know from experience, the measurements or just an ebay link for an aftermarket front mount intercooler that would fit on a starion?
Thanks.
Thanks.

part # for 86 starion?
Hey everyone,
After buying an 86 starion and bringing it back up to northern California, my neighbor backs into the front end and breaks the metal grill piece under the hood and the black plastic piece center going along the top of bumper. Does anyone know the part numbers for those two pieces

Good Shops for swaps?
I've got everything together for this swap i've wanted to do for a long time. Now, what I thought would be the easy part has become the hardest:
Finding a shop in central/northern cali that will do a wideblock 4g64/3t into an '86 starquest... I know the biggest hurdle will be the wiring, unless the ...

If it's a 4g64, it should be a wideblock, but neither one really limits you if you go the bill Hincher made Bellhousing route, but if your thinking factory bolt on you need a wideblock transmission, either the one out of the pickup or a Starquest one, however pickups use cable clutch and Starions ...

I was referring to if you swapped a Hydraulic setup into a car other than a Starion, you missed that part where I noted that Starions are Hydraulic Setups and the Pickups are cable.
Thus why you aren't finding anything about this being an issue.
Yes, but if the engine is bolted up in a mightymax ...

So another member on projectzerogg "raptor reed" pointed out a critical crossroad/dilemma i would potentially encounter if i were to swap a built 4g64/3T into a starion: clutch setup. If i were to go from a d50/ mighty max (which the engine is in at the moment) to a starion, i would have to deal ...

Need some Suggestions/advice 4g64.3t into what?
I have a 64 block with a 63 GSx head, 30r Garrett and a custom intake manifold for the non transverse setup. It's fully assembled and in a mightymax. I'm not really liking it and wanted to know my options (with least amount of fab work) to get the block dropped and mounted into something else.
