Are you using a DSM water pump or a mighty max water pump? Why not just keep the whole PS pulley ?

I used a max pump and need to find a pulley with a different offset. Anyone have success with that?

DSM flywheel station transmission

I just had a fwd turbo DSM flywheel fit with a pilot bearing. I am trying to put this on a 4g63 wideblock with a 87 starion transmission. What plate and starter might I be able to use to get this to work? Or is this hopeless?

What did you do to this exhaust manifold? You Cut the flange off and welded it upside down, or was there more to it than that?

Aftermarket cams can be purchased from many vendors. FP makes cams specifically designed for this type of swap. If that's really your next question though I don't think you fully understand how involved this swap actually is.

So a 93 head would be 47cc and the earlier is 68cc? Do valve reliefs need to be cut into the pistons or is a dohc head swap possible on a stock 7 bolt bottom end? That is really all i need to know. I guess I'll have to take it apart myself.

I'd like to run a 2ga cam trigger and sensor in conjunction with a crank sensor. I'm using a 2g head and a 7 bolt wide block but a 1g harness. Does anyone have a schematic for this?

Has anyone done this? I'd like better steering without swapping the whole k member although a 240 McPherson setup would probably work pretty well.

I have it set up on my Galant to trigger at 4200rpm using the purge control valve signal and a fpr solenoid with the stock ecu and some custom code.

The dohc eclipse heads are the same turbo and non. Since its now going on a bigger displacement engine larger cams would be beneficial. Since the valve springs are probably old and tired a new aftermarket set should be used. I would also use 3rd revision lifters and oil port mods.

I'm looking to build a street car / autox car with around 350-400hp using these parts. I considered a kiggly girdle and main studs but I'm having difficulty finding a ...

Some people have removed there front axels from all wheel drive cars. Most blow up there rears in short order. I have seen posts from austrialia where they go through the rwd swap in galants and say the parts are cheep enough to swap out when they break.

Your lucky. I've been looking for that mighty max for a long time. Looked at an auto 89 2.0 today. pos.

Any way, You can boost it till you blow it up. I've never done it myself but if you feed it enough fuel you will be fine up to at least 5psi. You can push more boost but its risky as the pistons ...

I have looked every where for the answer to these question so now its just time to ask.

My questions are if i put the dohc head on the stock 7-bolt bottom end what would the compression ratio be?

or
