Cyclone Turbo Manifold

Hi guys. I'm building a forged 4g63 engine for my daily driver MM. Got my hands on a Cyclone Turbo manifold, allready swapped the throttle body to the front. My question here is. Has anybody succesfully installed this intake making the Flappers inside the long runners open a little more late. I understad that's the way the intake its suposed to work.

I have it set up on my Galant to trigger at 4200rpm using the purge control valve signal and a fpr solenoid with the stock ecu and some custom code.
I'm not real clear on what your question is.
