I would actually suggest going with either a 3g harness or an evo 8 harness (if I remember correctly, the difference is only the boost controller wire on the evo harness). That way you could use the 3g ecu (they're cheap) and just flash the evo rom onto it. There's plenty of info about it on club3g ...

Montero sport block option
Thought this was interesting. The Montero Sport is apparently a wide block and has a block mounted thermostat housing.

4g63 DOHC RWD in China
It appears the Great Wall Haval H3 (a Chinese vehicle) uses a 4g63 DOHC in RWD.

It is just difficult to get a lot of information on it, but if someone here is in or around China, you would probably have a better chance of learning more. It ...

4g64 parts for swap
have most of the bottom end for 4g64 swap. 91 mighty max block so it hooks up to a starquest tranny. Crank along with it. Brand new eagle H beam rods and wiseco pistons. The block will have to be machined and bored out for the pistons. I'm looking for $950 for all. Would prefer to sell it local, but ...

G63b swap
Does anyone know what I would have to do to mate the g63b block to the 4g63 DOHC head? I know they're pretty much the same engine, however I was wondering about coolant passages and such.

EVO intake?
Would the EVO intake help simplify some modifications? The throttle body is on the right side I believe. Has anyone used one for the 4g63 swap into a starquest?
