The early mitsubishi l200 between 1980-1985 also ran a narrow block 4g63 and some later ones 1987-1997 also run narrow blocks you should be able to use the narrow block stuff on a wide block and wide on narrow

As for cas i just hit the firewall with i mallet to make the adustment it sounds a little dodgy but i made sure nothing was on the other side

I went with the standard 4g63 sohc carby trans,flywheel and starter for the water outlet i got my mate to make up a flange to go on the back of the head and one to bolt the thermostat housing the reason i went with the standard trans is i am going to be using it as a daily hack and a tow car also i ...

Where abouts are you? i got most my info off this site and a few things you run into just buy screwing things up and changing your mind when you somthing doesnt help the cost side of things but am now happy with what i have.

Hi i have done the dohc turbo swap into my l200 ute and when i rev it over 3500 RPM and then let go of the gas it almost cuts out it drops to about 100 RPM or there abouts and then revs back up to normal any one have any ideas?

hi there im probly a little late i wouldnt recemend doin this as i have tryed and not so simple you need longer rack ends and diff mounts need to be cut off and moved

Nah its not to hard but i have had water pump modified to suit, and i was just thinking that if i used the SOHC water pump that i could then use the lower radiator hose so that it would look almost factory

hi there i have a l200 (ute) and it had a 4g54 in it with power steering and i have put in my vr4 motor with a SHOC water pump and now the original power steering pump off the vr4 motor wont fit due to the off set of the water pump and am just wondering if any one has had this same problem with ...
