4G64 dohc turbo questions

I have just finished my dohc turbo 4G63T rwd swap and was very happy with how it all went (cant say the same about my wallet) but now I'm looking into a 4G64T swap and hade a few questions out there to people that have done it before like is there a 4G64 rwd narrow block or only wide block? If its a wide block can you use narrow block flywheel of a 4G63 6 bolt? And what pistons did you use on a dohc turbo to lower compression ratio?
