I am pretty much decided on the wiseco piston for my g64/g63 hybrid however, what's the deal on cp pistons?
As for rods, eagle H beam are a strong runner, but scats are sounding real nice too. Any thoughts on cp pistons and scat rods? My power goals for this engine is 400. on a side note, the main thing I will miss about the g54b is way it made more tq than hp. No matter how much hp was created with mods, it always made atleast 25% more tq. Not seeing too many numbers like that with the 2.4 as in more tq than hp. But I'll try to get it.

I used Scat rods and they seemed fine. Be sure to inspect everything though even though its new just be be sure they're quality is up to par.
No clue about CP pistons. Would they even offer an 87mm bore that would work for a 4G64 with a DOHC head?

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
