cts and dash temp sender question

Post by mr.andaya »

Hi guys, i had a quick question regarding the cts and dash temp senders..... i am going to run the front exit w\o the thrmostat housing and run a inline housing on the bottom radiator hose. i wanted to know where you guys would run the sensors? i would like to run them on the plug behind the head but im not sure if thats the best spot. what would you guys suggest?
Ill post pics of my mock up setup if you guys would like.

as close as you can to the rear exhaust valve in the head, that should be the hottest place
