Bill we all agree that we are going to use the 2g flywheel,fork and is going
to be a push style clutch.

Bill Im using a push dual disc clutch to, is a (powertraintech) clutch so for
us is best to use evo flywheel.I just can chage the disc for a supra disc and keep using the same clutch

So it's just the head that's different on the 9, the block is the same?

Regarding the starter, that sounds an easy fix, certainly one of the easiest issues to resolve.

What clutch do you plan to use? i need a twin/triple, do you know of any Evo clutches that Toyota splined ...

[Jezz the evo 4-8 is the same] evo 9 is diferent for the mivec,you willnot be able to check the bolt pattern of the 1g because the starter of the evo engine is on the bottom and the 1g is on the top but you need to use a
2.4 lancer plate is the same bolt pattern off the evo and have the starter
in ...

the point is that I have a evo9 engine that has piston,rod,cams
AEM computer ,etc.The r154 is in a box waiting for the engine so all I
need is the bellhousing.
