Guys,
This is Jay from Jay Racing. I designed/built the first front water outlet fitting about 4 years ago now. This worked on my Mighty Max and cleared the pulley okay. Does someone have a picture of the clearance issue with our piece? We're just about to make up another batch of these and I can ...

FS: "The Turbo Truck", 1990 Dodge D50 pickup (Migh

http://www.jayracing.com/gallery2/d/4288-2/IMG_0338.jpg

The Turbo Truck is officially for sale. This started off as a basic 1990 Dodge D50 pickup (same as a Mitsubishi Mighty Max) with a 2.4L SOHC Mitsubishi 4 cylinder and 5 speed manual transmission. Basically, I swapped on a 4G63 DSM cylinder ...

Well, according to my latest calculations, I'd need a .180" thick head gasket to get to get to 8.5:1. Any of you guys have exerience with water/meth injection? Would it get me close to where I want to be?

Thanks,
Jay

Guys,
I am having a hard to visualizing this cam gear thing. Does anyone have a picture showing the differences between the Galant DOHC cam gears and DSM ones? I’d like to use what I have, so where should the new marks go? I am thinking both the cams need retarded (counterclockwise) 1 tooth. Is ...

I made a piece that fits in place of the freeze plug. It seals with an o-ring, and is retained by a button head cap screw. I'm sure cooling is less than ideal, but with my resources it was the best I could come up with. I might try to get an IR thermometer and measure the head at differet spots ...

This is a long overdue post. I’m not sure if this is DSM Tech, Fabrication, or Other Vehicle Tech (Mod’s feel free to move this). I got this truck Jan. 2004; it always smoked due to a cracked head. Finally, April 2004, I decided to replace the head with a 4G63 head and ECU, at the same time, add a ...
