lol no way. going to a specialty drive shaft shop. im trying to get this damn build done for under 1k. so far so good!

i called a few shops and average cost to do this is 110 dollars. so im just gonna let the pros handle it. :)

driveshaft extending

was reading up on mounting the 4g64 closer to the front of the car. just wondering how does one extend the drive shaft?

i just today purchased a 4g64 from my scrap yard for 90 dollars!!!! :) the g54b was blown. i already have a head from a 2.0, i was wondering if anyone has any advice for my swap, its going into an 87 conquest.

i know the year and all. how can i identify the engine. does it have to be an auto or manual. what do i need to look for to know i am getting the right engine. i was at the wrecking yard for 3 weeks straight every weekend, everything i have seen so far is no good.

ok so its probably a better decision to just hold out and wait for a 6 bolt. just got excited, i found a complete 7 bolt for 100 bucks.

i found a complete 7 bolt wideblock in my are. im under the assumtpion the reason why no one uses this is lack of parts?
