i just today purchased a 4g64 from my scrap yard for 90 dollars!!!!

the g54b was blown. i already have a head from a 2.0, i was wondering if anyone has any advice for my swap, its going into an 87 conquest.

That's a big turbo you've got there.

Looks like a solid car. I don't particularly like the Gold, but it is different. Your goal of a couple weeks is very optimistic, but I wish you the best. If you're looking for trannies, check out what Bill has going. I should recieve the first R154 bellhousing later this week and the adaptor shortly therafter. What are your goals with the car? Do you have the wiring harness and ECU from the DSM? Those are essential parts unless you're running a standalone. Keep us posted.

at the moment im still sourcing the ecu and harness. i have alot of friends in the dsm world. so it shouldnt be a problem. as far as trannies go, im using the stock one for now. i have a chance to pick up a tranny from an rx7 so that is the next route after the car runs. i also hate the gold, but i never see these damn cars in gold, so i almost want to keep it gold. we will see.
