I recommend using a chain wrench. If you have the clearance. The chain makes excellent contact and will allow you to rotate the piece you want to remove.

This particular truck was a 2.6, I havnt seen any 88 v6 trucks, but that doesnt mean that they dont exist.

That is a big help.

I now know that a 4x4 mighty max is not an easy swap, and I will look for a 2wd.

I have been building my 4g63 in preparation to put it into a mighty max, D50 or Ram50.

I have come across a very good deal, where there is a 1988 Power Ram 50 for sale locally for 600 dollars. It is in really good shape, and it is 4 wheel drive.

The nice thing is that he already pulled the motor ...

I bought a 4g63 complete out of a 93 Talon.
I believe it is not the original motor for the car, as it has the 1g head, and the 2g block, or jus the 2g crank.
It is the 7 bolt crank.
I would like to sell, as I never bought the D50 that I was planning to put it in.

Full wiring harness, ECU, Both ...
