Saying Hi, where to begin?

Post by GotToBe46G3 »

Justing saying hello to the site and wondering where to begin the 4G swap for my Conquest. Is there really a cut and dry, tried and true method for doing it? Just wanting to know where to start.

P.S.-My member name is the prodcut of late night typing and failure to Spell Check. Can a mod help me take care of that, heh heh.....

If you mod the firewall or use a custom waterneck, you can probably use truck mounts., although I dont know how well the cam angle sensor will clear.
if the thermo housing clears the CAS will too.

The problem with the CAS is it may want to occupy the same space as the heater core lines. I know this is an issue with the trucks, not sure about other RWD vehicles. The solution is just to bend them out of the way.
