I was boycotting this (as well as every other event until my car is done) so I didnt see it. I'm sure Matt saw it.. and crawled under it, and took more pictures.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

I wonder how it performed. I had considered trying it, but kind of hard to slide something like that around with a 70/30 weight distribution. They just tend to understeer unless you're on power.

yeah we definitely need more pictures of this thing. Looks like a pretty clean install if I do say so myself.
I am in every dsm / mightymax forum on the damn internet, where is this guy hiding?

Matt says the driver was pretty good. This event was in Manasass, VA and I've seen the whiplash DVD guys down at VMP south of Richmond before too. That makes them Middle Eastern I think :-D

It looks like a really nice 4g63 install. Is the firewall bashed in? or is that some sort of custom thermostat housing? I really need more pictures of this thing.

I like the stock wheels he uses on the rear. I have four of them to burn down eventually as well. A gently used EvoIII 16g is going on my truck over the weekend, and hopefully I can get the thing fully tuned finally. The last turbo had an air leak out the back of the compressor when doing boost leak checks, and I came across a good deal on the 16g.
