So... I messed up again.

Post by DJpowerHaus »

The other day I was fiddling around like I usually do on the server putting a message board up on www.groupbrally.com and I deleted the user of the projectzerog.com directory.... so this deleted all the files from the site.. ALL of them. This time I planned for this and had backups all ready to fly. Site was up as soon as I got in front of a computer with a fast connection... and after some trial and error the site is back without a single lost post or user. Still need to go through the theme and do a few little tweaks (like that scary dude's head up top).

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

I cant get the search function to work or some of the things that show you all the posts since your last visit. Keeps coming up with Debug Mode stuff. Anybody know what this means?
