1st Gen G63B Adjustable Timing Gear (sprocket)

Hi all,
My question concerns a part for a G63B Narrow Block 1st Gen '86 Mighty Max.
I am searching for an adjustable cam sprocket for this motor and can not locate one in a price range or any range by that fact. I seriously can't afford those $300+ ones that I see around, and still not able to fit. But, I notice on Ebay that the low price ones are all listed for G63B & 4G63 engines, though if I check the compatibility for my G63B, they say they will not fit. As far as my research has gone with checking sprocket swaps, it seems there are like 3 different varieties for this engine. I have tried some stock sprockets and mine, having a stamped steel version will not swap for a casted metal version off a same style G63B motor. The cam clearance seems to make the casted style sprockets rub up against the cam seal or front cap it looks like.
Wouldn't one of the ebay adjustable version sprockets fit this motor I have if I had the back of the sprocket machined down to fit? or better yet...where can an adjustable (reasonable priced) cam sprocket be found for a G63B narrow block Mits. MM?
