looking to buy 4g6x wideblock
looking to buy complete motor to swap in place of stock 2.6L in my conquest. I'm going to be using the stock 5spd transmission for now. I'm looking for a 4g63/4 RWD wideblock that was non turbo and automatic originally right?

The "eh" guys probably have something. Just go check out some pick and pull places. Maybe you find one, maybe you dont. At least you get some fresh air and learn a bit more about how different manufacturers solve problems differently.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

well I was paraphrasing... they said it was either too old of a car that they wouldn't have it or the people that knew what they were said for sure they don't have anything. I'm going to keep trying new places... right now I found a JDM motor place with a ton of different engines and trans not far from my house so I'm going to check that out tomorrow and see what they have... I'm thinking if I can get a relatively cheap R154 and 1UZ or 2jz i think i might go that direction
