Not getting any fuel

Car won't start, not getting fuel. I knew this when I bought it, last owner said it was the pump. If I hook the pump up to my battery tender it fires right up. Is there any other fuse box on this thing besides the one under the dash?
I'm thinking it's the relay
Possibly this one

Where can I get another or is there a write up on how to use a normal relay and not this old one? Which would be nice since parts are hard to find as it is.

I will be posting how to test and understand all these pieces with hand held, low buck tools if anybody is intrested

New relay and it turns over and is leaking fuel. That damn banjo bolt. What is the thread/pitch so I can get a new one? OR if I do a new fuel feed line all the way from the pump what fitting goes on the pump? Wanting to get this done asap.
