Last night we went to visit my friend in Lancaster PA which is about an hour north of here at least. Halfway through our visit the clutch stopped disengaging! It went form normal operation to quickly unusable (pedal to the floor with no disengagement). Matt drove it home for me without using the clutch. Mostly all 5th gear stuff late at night with no traffic. Thanks man! Anyways... we took it appart today and he found that the little bracket that connects the rod on the master to the pedal had a bushing in it that had became all sloppy.. so it had 2 pivots instead of just 1 loosing most of the much needed travel that I needed. We made a little rig that looks like a little Frankenstein head and moved the actuator arm's attachement point down one hole, bled it and drove like mad men to town.

The clutch is NOT as rock hard as it used to be!! It's like a normal clutch now! And it still is insane.

Anyways, the moral of the story is to move the attachment of the slave down as far as you can and experiment ALOT with adjustment of the clutch pedal. You can get an insane 225mm clutch with stock pedal pressure to work well with the Willwood and the stock Starion master!

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
