need some advise oil pump cover

after reading about the differences in SOHC and DOHC oil pump carrefully there is a lot of difference (tensioner,hole etc)

Can I run use dohc cover oil pump into sohc setup.....????

at my place is very difficult to get spare parts from 8 valve SOHC

i dont think the dohc pump will tension your belt correctly.
i have a sohc cover but shipping would prob be expensive.

I have a problem with the oil pump

after I cut the balance shaft, drive gear oilpump become corrupted,
I tried to replace the oil pump into SOHC N / A but not enough pressure to the cylinder head and make scratch camshaft

please anyone give me some advise.......
