me again dohc swap price need help

hi iv asked a few questions hea in the past but havent realy got a answer i am wanting to know what kinda price i would be looking at doing a sohc to dohc swap in my ute and thats by doing most of the stuff my self and what are the hardest things about the swap realy need help also should i just do a sohc turbo as i have a spare engine in my shed?????
