Head And block difference pictures.. Question regarding oil

Hi,

took these photos as im in the middle of research for my car.
My question though is what do i do with the tiny differences between the 4g64 block and evo 4 head? the couple of oil galleries and missing holes? Should i go to engine recon and get blocked? or will they seal by using the evo 5 head on a 7bolt 4g64 block.
Anyone want other gasket pictures just ask.
