Brackets for 4G63 DOHC on 8 Valve Starion Block help

Hi guys.

I am trying to do the DOHC head conversion on a Starion.

I need to find out about the bracket system. I have been told the L300 block has the holes to
run all the DOHC standard brackets. Is this true?

I need to run the VR4 power steering pump, VR4 Alternator, and Starion Aircon system. If I use the
Starion block, how can I run these three systems?

Also how important are the oil squirters? I have been told that many cars do run without them.

Ok I am in Australia with a 4G54 Widebody. But I was referring to the 4G63 Starion 8 Valve block. Help? Thanks
