A member of the 4G61t forums posted it. He was one of the first to do an AWD swap into a Mirage and create a USDM EVO. Hence the name Lil Evo. There are even more manuals and pictures on his site. You need to get through some of the web site info to get to it, but there is a large archive of pictures of non USDM cars and service manual type material for Mitsubishis.
