I've basically only dismantled it for now... taking measurements, saving for pistons/head work
Dirty block!
It looks like I may have to .020 it...
I couldn't get the middle cap off... this took 15 mins and made me VERY dirty!
Pistons and caps off... new bearings can be seen stacked in the box (cleanest part of all)
A head comparison: Both are going in for a clean up, valve job and a plaining (increase compression)
The left one is my 4G67 and the right one is my wife's 2.0L tiburon (ports are significantly smaller!--- more port work for me

This is going to be fun... lots of excess material to weld... smoothly turn a round port into a rectangular one. MANY trips to the welder
