yes i am aware of the correct spelling already. if the car still needs all the things you listed your asking price is strong money for that car. however if you rapaired the faults 2500 isnt realy that far fetched.

i got my 94 GSX for 2500 with a few mods at the time the paint was mint now its faded he was asking 5700.

I feel your pain. Anytime I've tried to sell a semi expensive thing related to a DSMer, I go through the same crap. That's why I always write in my ads, first to pay takes it, and I don't hold on to things for any potential buyer, don't take payments, etc.

Man, I hate to hear that you've found all that stuff messed up. Makes me feel bad for not looking the car over better. If there's anything I can do to help out on it, please let me know. I also didn't realize you were looking for another SQ, and thinking about trading the GSX for one. You really hated this B71 didn't you?

How much did you pay for that car?

All you have to do is up your price a thousand bucks... someone will buy it.

I bought my quest because i bought a FWD DSM for 200 bucks, put in new 450's and sold the car for 2K a few weeks later. ;)

Didn't even check anything out on that car, went and bought the quest paying cash in hand.

I got the car not running, picked it up to part it out myself. After getting it to the shop, I noticed a new reman ecu laying in the back, thought what the hell, let's stick it in there and see what happens. the damn thing started right up. I drove it around for about 2-3 weeks, just didn't care for it. I knew about the oil leak, and the p/s leak at the rack (i thought i had mentioned that kane, if not, i apoligize) I never really looked much closer than that. I drove the car from Cincinnati, to Chattanooga, with no problems whatsoever, didn't even have to add any oil.

Again, if there's anything I can help with to make it better, please let me know Kane. I hate the thought of someone thinking I "got over" on them on any deals I make.

and the b71 car is acting up again. it's just like it has an 1800 rpm rev limiter in it.... magna/megasquirt time

I've got no problem helping out on the rack, I do however have a problem with the drive to get there  I may be taking a week or so off to go to Orlando sometime this month, if so, I'll see if I can sneak out a day to stop by and give ya a hand.

and the B71 car....is possessed  it's been acting up for 2 days straight...ok? last night, i'm taking my 2nd oldest daughter to work, we pass by this place called autoenthusiast.com, basically a bmw place, anyway, this white m3, older square body style, is pulling out as we go by, about a mile down the road, he comes up HARD on my ass. I gotta turn at the next light, so does he. get across the railroad tracks, with him still right on my ass, and me thinking, great, this piece of shit is acting up and here this guy is, but i say what the hell and punch it. well, remember that vid over on starquest club? yea, it starts walking sideways through 1st and 2nd, boost guage is sitting on 25psi, next thing i know i'm in 3rd at 110 and the next light is coming up fast.....i guess it just doesn't like bmw's.....BUT, as i make the left onto the next street, as the beemer turns right, the f'n thing shuts down, right at 1800 rpm.......... :?

its easier to get to the fittings from the top. drop the t case, down pipe and the cross member and corner braces and it should come out fairly easy. ive done a few racks they are too bad.
