It's sad, but this reminds me of a "Porter" (Pol. correct name for an over paid janitor) we have at work. He got a new wagon to remove the trash from the shop. He brought it to the car wash and detailed the thing, he even put tire shine on the tires. He pulls the wagon to an empty spot on the wall, "parks" it and I here "Beep Beep" from his mouth as he acts like he is setting his wagon alarm. This is all while he thinks no one is looking-- so it's not like he was putting on a show. Lets just say I was laughing pretty hard.

It's a free country Robert, we all can live out our lives any way we want to
far as I know, a public education is still free too ( on the receiving end)
