EDIT: I've updated the home page as well as a few of the main links. I will continue to rewrite and fix links to photos on the other links. If you find any glaring errors, please post them in this thread.

I need to CLEAN THIS SHITHOLE UP. I have been getting lost trying to find stuff on my own site recently. Time to clean this shit up. Reorganize.

As a result, most if not all of the images hosted on projectzerog.com will move or be renamed. So bear with me and kindly notify me through this thread, PM, AIM, email and I'll try to fix it. If stuff has been posted on message boards around the net, than whoever posted them will need to update the links to them.

Also, what's missing? What should I add? What should I combine? Etc?

Put some stickies up that contain the basics of the 4G63 swap info. It's not hard to use the search, but how many noobies post about what they need for the swap instead of searching or reading a couple posts? Also, is there anyway we can cut out the personal chat inside of the threads? They make it way too long. Do people not know how to use the PM feature? I see it more on other forums, but some of our threads are longer than they need to be.

Not sure if it's my ignorance but is it normal when you print a thread that it comes out light orange?? I mean, I can just barely read it.

And I've tried to highlight and click print but still adds avatars, pics below the thread and such. Kinda waste of ink.. Would like to get JUST the thread and associated pics with that thread.
I know just enough about computors to get myself in trouble, so if it's just me let me know.

I think that if you added Topics like Pictures. where people could go to see alot of pictures of peoples rides for reference of just to show would be cool.
Also maybe you could add a Meets and Gatherings Topic. I know starquest has one, but im on here more than their.
Maybe a suspension Topic that included wheels and other under the car stuff
just my thoughts.

I probably wont be making any changes to the message board. I'm speaking of changes to the main site. I've already gone as far as rearranging phones on my local computer. Next step is to fix all the broken links on the main site and then add from there. I think the best thing to add is going to be a FAQ

I'm actually making good progress on this update. I won't give any dates yet, but it will happen some day. I'm finding that everything needs to be revised and re-written. Also, since most photos have been reorganized an renamed I have to go in an fix all the broken links. I'm cutting, combining, reorganizing and generally changing everything.

So far I have updated the homepage as well as the plumbing section. I'm working on a FAQ if anyone has any suggestions. Here is an example:
Questions: What does "Project Zero G" mean?

Answer: There are 1G, 2G, and 3G Eclipses that have grown legendary thanks to their smart 4G63 engine. However, these cars were not the first to have the 4G63 engine. Back in the early 80's Mitsubishi released the 4G63 in Lancers, Starions and small pickup trucks. We consider these to be the pre-1G 4G63 vehicles or zerog G (0G). These cars might also be considered "original gangstas" by some.

yeah, the name is unique but nobody understands it, you gotta hit people over the head to make them understand what you are talking about . thus the name ' japanese auto repair' and even then I have people call here and think that we are japanese mechanic's that work on cars.
maybe ' project drift' or 'Mitsubishi drift club' or somethin or like, 'piss on Honda's' somethin like that

Yeah, I like the zero g thing myself, the original gansta part...not so much

and i want a spreadsheet on exactly, with part numbers, is needed to do the dohc swap. I can help by looking up mitsu stuff on caps.

If that spreadsheet didn't answer these questions, I don't know what will. I don't think this information could be spoon fed any easier and still cater to more than just 1 person's unique setup.

I've got an image directory for "member" and I plan on gathering up all of your photos willingly or unwillingly and posting them there so I can use them around the site, and so you can use them around the web.

Anytime I spend more than 5 minutes reading this site, I see white lines anywhere I look... Am I the only one? I am on many other forums and none of them uses black background or has this effect on my eyes.

May I suggest some different background other than black?

its not actually black. Its slightly gray. There are a few images around the site made for the old black site and you can see the difference.
