i recently picked up an 87 starion only 58k paint a little faded from sitting out i bought all hard piping turbo back exaust lowered it 88 computer and a fuel pump car is clean we had a bad rain and the tail light filled up with water bulbs broke im now having a short some where there is a hot wire off the battery short black goes to driver side over what looks to be a fuse panel car lost power wont take a jump when i disconnected that wire it took a jump when u reconnect it car dies when running need some help

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

Or with comprehensible English. I think he's just saying he has a short in the wiring somewhere.
