How much you got? The racecar is always for sale. It will blow your mind.

Or if you supply the Starion/Conquest with a 4G63 longblock I should be able to do the work for you in the fall. Start saving.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

Price?

Post by MasterJacobs »

What are you asking for the police mockup? I was looking for a extremely sharp, perfect Starion. 4g63t. I need prices & I don't want to get screwed on the price as you could imagine.

If you want a clean sharp car, my race car is not the car for you.

If you've got the $$ I could build you something pretty nice and quick this fall.

DJ, just as a heads up.... This is coming from a guy that claimed on mightyd50.com that he installed a "Subaru xt6 six cylinder boxer engine and transmission" into his 94 mightymax...and he was upset that it was doing uncontrollable wheelies.

Enjoy.

LOL 8) Yeah thats me, I had planned to install hydraulics "a friend of mine has a local hydralic shop where they do bulldozers and what not" and pop some wheelies and be like "ITS INSANE POWERFUL" When it was obviously on hydraulics. Sadly xt6 engine WOULD fit but only if hooked up in 4WD (Not AWD) Sadly it was a horrible failure. No matter what other people on this forum or the next forum say, they cannot deny the following...
1. We Have quiet a few cars
2. I have the money
3. I fully intend to do what I say I intend to...It just so happens that the XT6 was a flop which my dad pretty much called before my friends and I tried. (If anyone plans on trying that again I have some tips btw) The Starion, Its kinda a dream car and it will fit nicely next to other in my "ok not mine but, the family collection" collection :)

Where are you located? I'm still interested in building a car for someone if they supply a few things like a clean chassis and a built shortblock and some cash. I'd have to set a few guidelines, but what I'm aiming to do is a very OEM swap with OEM "staged" upgrades and less Frankenstein stuff like on my racecar. Should be able to do something like this starting in October.

I am not interested in a build and I didn't really want OEM. My mother used to own a Starion, it was in bad condition because of a front and rear end collison at the same time, but it really was an awesome car, even if only one head light opened. At that age I was too young to really see just how sweet the car was, I was around 6-7. There is a video of a black Starion on the web. Its very nicely done and it isn't ridiculously cannibalized. I guess I need to keep searching the internet..

4g63MightyMax: First I never said anyone needed to install them, I just said that it had been done to mine. Increasing the compression "I am supposing this is why it doesn't vibrate to hell" stopped the vibration at 4k-5k and can easily do 6k however...you run stuff down faster :( The clutch "I guess" spins or grinds at about 4500 so if you do it regularly you get a clutch plate...with....well with no clutch PLATE lol. If you didn't have an engine that put out 3?4?...not five...I hope....times the horse power I would sure want to race you :) Of course I could jump in the 70th or 50th anni Corvettes and put you to shame :) or the XLR :) or the Shelby -.- Uh...I am done ranting but really can't come up with a closing sentence. How about...MY DAD COULD BEAT UP YOUR DAD :p

My truck with what engine? The H6? The H6 doesn't work in any RWD application, I didn't figure this out until it was too late. Whats neat is that I don't care if you think its my garage or not :) Because I know it is :)

I have a MINT 86 ESi-R, with 42k original miles. here's the link, lmk what you think. I know it isn't swapped yet, but you'd be hard pressed to find a cleaner one to start with. Thank you.
