4g64 engine

Post by single79 »

hey, is it possible to put a 04 outlander 4g64 engine into a 91 mighty max? my mighty max engine needs to be rebuilt. So I was wondering if it's the same kind of engine. all I know is the outlander's engine is 16 valve.

That shows you what else came with that engine. Might be able to gather from that what the bellhousing might be similar to. It could be the same bolt pattern as an evo. If you go that route I think Bill has a bellhousing up his sleeve.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
