Question though, is the D50 waterpump different than the DSM one, thus making routing easier? If so... why didn't I think of that?

Yeah.. I've been hearing about that harness. oh man. Everybody doing harnesses... SLOW DOWN. Be really careful or you'll spend 3x as much time. Or just send it to me and I'll do it for $100! Seriously! I can do it fast and clean.
Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
