Looks really good. I have been wondering if anyone has ever top-mounted a 16g :)

With that radiator, it looks like running the water line out of the front of the head would be the easiest route. There's a couple guys that have run with the front outlet without issue. I'm going to try it and see what happens. You can get a kit for $70 at Jay Racing.

yea i have toyed with th idea of doing the front water exit

at the moment though there is too many people saying it isnt a good idea
and the only poeople i have heard doing it are running no thermostat and usually race/rally cars

i need the car to be reliably street driven, it may mean a bit more enginnering not but hopefull should give me worry free cooling :D

Reminds me of this:

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

What are your plans for heat shielding on the brake booster?

not sure at this stage

the dumppipe and exhaust manifold will both be getting heat wrapped

i may ceramic coat the exhaust turbine hosuing too which should elimintae most problems, but may just leave it as is and see what happens

if not will just make a little sheild
