I have kept everything from my 3 4G64 builds in a spreadsheet. Tell me what you want to know and how you want it displayed and I'll put something together. It has prices and part numbers for everything. You can get just the dealer gaskets you need and save lots of $ over a full gasket kit.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

That can't be an EVO3. Has to be an EVO 4-6. The setup to the DSM engine is pretty much the same. The giveaway is the intake manifold. Definitely setup for the passenger side mounted engines of the EVO4+. I bet that manifold will fit the 1st gen head though. Might see if there was any kind of aftermarket for those intakes. Might be a "cheap" bolt on for our swap.
It's the old style 4G and not the EVO4+ 4G. My friend's wife has a Evo3 who's stationed in Oki. It's got a cleaner looking intake manifold then the US 4G's. The Evo4 engine looks completely different. Though just because the engine is flipped the other way the throttle body would still be pointed at the firewall. Trust me.
Though like aussie said. Looks like a newer Evo 4G intake manifold as they have the injector bungs on the intake manifold instead of mounted in the head like the older 4G's.

Actually we should do build sheets and toss them in a faq if anyone cares to help me out.
Right now I have the 4g64 bottom end minus most of the 4g64 timing componets. I also have galant vr4 and galant gsx top ends.
So what all small things do I need?
I'm guessing most everytthing from a na 4g63 timing and oil related?
Can you forward that build sheet to me too?
I'm putting a 91 1g 4G63NA Head & Harness into my 91 2.4 Auto MM.
Thanks,
L4S

DJ, could you please shoot one my way also?
I just mailed you about using a wideblock in my starion with a 2.0 turbo head.
I know you need some help$.. You want $ to put everything you gots ona cd or something. It really helps since I'm re-learning most everything about these Mitsu's, and wouldn't have to do a search for every uestion that I come up with.
THanks.. Errol

What is a build sheet? Could you be more specific?
And I need more info on what is involved with using the Evo4+ intake manifold on the DSM / EvoI-III head. I put a snippet on the revised "plumbing" section on it, but would like to add more.
