I have been keeping records of my parts and where I got them in order to make it easier for everybody to minimize costs when ordering parts for a swap or a rebuild. Here is a spreadsheet of parts and prices needed for a rebuild:

I have found many of the part numbers using CAPS. Hopefully they are all accurate. If anyone finds better prices, please post them!
I've tried to figure out the best way to reduce costs such while also getting the best parts available. You may notice that I ordered gaskets and seals separately to save on the price of a gasket set. Some of the gaskets I will not be using just because sealant works just as good. Also, I can reuse some seals such as thee front and rear main seals and the valve cover seal so there is no need to reorder those just to do a rebuild.

Rebuilding Part Number / Best Price Lookup

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
