excellent manifold for the price. although $250 with the gate would be a better deal

any idea how that baby fits in the engine bay with that wastegate position?

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

Hmm, this seems like someting I could use, only problem is I was thinking of running a GT2871R - 472560

I'm pretty sure this turbo would not bolt to this Manifold. Can anyone tell me for sure??

Also, I looked up the next largest turbo that I believe would fit. I found this one. Only problem is I think it's too big for my wants. Can you guys tell me what you think? Looking to build a low RPM (6500 and less), 300 hp, quick spooling 2.4 liter with 10-15 lbs boost max, on 93 octane fuel.

Sorry to hogg up your post, mainstream, with these questions, but I'm actually interested.

You think the T3 .63 or.64 would not be too restrictive with my set up? And what rpm would you think I should expect boost to start building with one of these housings?

Also, I have a 2G head-- does this matter?

Problem is with the DSM forums is that they refuse to listen to my actual needs, wants, and setup.
Every DSMer that I've talked to has told me that I need something way bigger, normally capable of 500-700 hp. They think that because I'm building a 2.4 I must want a super high HP car, no matter how much I tell them that this is a LOW RPM TRUCK.

Sorry about that man, I think I'll pass this time. I'm not too hot on how the front blow off valve will work with my RWD setup. Thanks for the chance.
