Here are the pics so far from my build up. Not all the way done. but hopefully soon once i figure out how to wire up what i have left.
Now all i have to do is wire up the fuel pump. and Ign. and do the alternator wires however that is ran. and hopefully thats it. unless im forgetting something. I guess i need to wire up the coils from the truck to the ecu? heck idk. i hate wiring. hopefully with someones help i can get it running soon.
you only need to hook up two power wires and one ground to make it run, its that easy. i thought it was going to tough like that, and i hate wiring. but when it fired up i did a dance and could not belive it was that easy.
So do i cut the wires out of the dsm? since the alt. wires were not connected to the engine harness. Or do i use the truck alt. wires? the truck engine harness is out of the truck to. so do i need to plug it back in and use the truck alt wires>?
let me set down and look at both scematic's and I will draw up the wires you need to connect from the truck harness to the Mits alt.
I will be sending it to you in the morning
thanks bill that would be awesome. im still battling my no spark issue anyways so no hurry. ill read up on that link later. but i prolly wont understand it. not very good with wiring diagrams. But i can read what all you wrote maybe ill understand it.
B = Big
L = Light
S = Signal / Sensing / Stimulator
Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.
The L needs to be hooked up to the light (or a resistor) or the alternator will not generate electric.
The other 2 wires should both go to the battery. You can actually connect the S wire to the B wire but the alt might not generate the correct voltage if there is too much voltage drop between the battery and the alternator. To get accurate voltage to the battery its best to run S all the way to the battery.

my old man just hooked the white wire to the battery and the other two to the fan. the fan is wired to come with the key turned to acc. he says it works just fine. i will fine out this weekend. hope i can drive it. next weekend is the first race. dont think my car will make it.
He flipped the turbo around so it faces the opposite direction. The manifold is the stock 4g63 manifold. Since it's a tangential housing it moves it away when mounted like this.
