w55 vs. R154 swap info

As i posted in a previous thread I plan on swapping in a 4g63 ina toyta 4x4 pickup. I want to make 275-300 hp and i might also add nitrous in the form of a 50-75 shot.. Can the w55 trans hold up to this or this this more up the alley of the R154. Anyone know what kind what kind of t-case bolts up to the w55 or if there is a t-case that bolts up the the r-154. If the there is a t-case for both, does anyone know with the gear ratios are of each trans? More specifically the 1st and 5th gears ratio?

I'm pretty sure both the W and R series have 4x4 setups. I know the R series is an R150. The W58 should handle 300hp (ask Bill for sure) but I don't know much about the 4x4 versions and any variations in design. I'd say it's a safe bet you could do a W series and just steal all the parts from a Toyota 4x4 pickup.

i was looking on alldata today at school for toyota trans information. But from info i'm not sure. Right now i have the v-6 truck which uses a married trans/t-case design. So i don't think i could use my old t-case to the new trans but i'm not sure.

I got a couple extra 4x4 w-55 trans and transfer cases, when you come home sometime let me know and I will show you my stash, we can work out something

So i was doing some more research today at school on alldata. I finally came across a application chart for toyotas. According to the chart my truck has either a W56, G58 or a R151F. Besides the W56 does anyone know if the R151F share the same bolt pattern as the R154. Or if the G58 shares the same bolt pattern as the W56?

so what i have been reading so far all the "R" type trans share the same bellhousing pattern? If this is true and i have a R151F I think i like the 4.3:1 compared to the 3.3:1 first gear ratio. I haven't read into the the "W" types but is this the same for these? Either way Bill next time I'm home I will definitly stop by your place to say hi and see what you have.
