NEED SOME HELP GUYS!!

Im having a real tuff time finding a machine shop to open up my flywheel for the pilot bearing. ive been to 8 different machine shops and no one but one guy can do it but he needs an old crank to cut up wich i dont have and 250 to do it on top of that. its bullshit if i had a drill press id do it myself. where did you guys go and how much did you pay ill ship this thing if i have to

i can do it for you. i run a 5 foot drill press. i can make that hole any size you want. it would take me 30 seconds at most. if you can get it to me...lol... i live in washington state. oh yeah, i will do it for free.

Its very soft material, but it has to be centered, you dont need a lathe or a crankshaft hole, you can do it on a mill or a drill press but you need to center the existing hole with a dial indicater and open it up with an indez cutter, its a ten minute job

ITS AN ALUMINUM FIDANZA FLY WHEEL. IT WOULD BE DONE BUT I DONT HAVE A DRILL PRESS. IVE NEVER MET A BUNCH OF METAL WORKS SO SCARED TO DRILL A HOLE. IMAGINE IF I NEEDED SOMETHING CUSTOM MADE AROUND HERE

I have custom mandrels for mounting all of the differant flywheels from Mitsubishi and a number of Nissan engines. I have been building custom flywheels for 5.5 and 7 1/4 multiplate clutches.
Where are you Located?

Best to steer clear of a shop that cant even bore a hole out of a flywheel.

This is a 5.5" 3 disk Quarter Master for mating a 6G72 up to a Starion gearbox.

And this one is my Starion clutch, A 7 1/4 twinplate on a reduced diameter flywheel. Notice the ofset on the starter drive.

This happens to be a G63 flywheel on the G54.
