How Should I Use My Vacation Time?

Post by DJpowerHaus »

I have about a week and a half of vacation time and I wanted to tavel. Anyone want to have an on site 4G63 swap consultant? Just trying to figure out what to do. I want to fly to Austin ($156 RT) and hang out there, but I'm open to other adventures too.

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

You might stop in and help Bill out. He's in Ohio somewhere if I remember right. Too bad it's not this week. I got this week off and I'm getting started on my 510. FINALLY! Hopefully I'll have the wiring laid out in the car and have some stuff stripped off today. Then when I get Bill's bellhousing (hopefully this week) then I can make some motor mounts! Is it just us car guys that get excited about cutting metal with fire and stuff like that? :?

Yeah come on down to Toledo, we got a gay bar down town that does kareoke on Thursdays, the one guy does a mean imitation of 'little' Richard
He was telling me that when he aint drivin truck he dates Johnny Mathis, but I don't know that for sure, he even said Prince was he and Johnny's kid, NOW THAT I believe!
But hey, come on down we can watch the gas station sign blink on and off, until 10:00 that is, after that they shut it off.

Yeah,........Toledo..................thats where its at

Hand signals are legal

the older I get , the more hand signals I see :D

anyway, the last time some one felt my wrath on the road cost me about $8,00.00 in fines and legal fees plus 60 days in county jail ( no, I am not kidding) , so I calmed down since then

Saving up is a good idea... so good that's what I did last year. I hadn't used but 3 or 4 days and I was about to loose a week and a half of vacation time for 2006. Luckily my boss let me use it in January 2007.

Use it or lose it!
