Hi everyone my name is Troy
I recently bought a 88' Starion from a mechanic he could not find a Starion engine so he pulled the harness E.C.U transmission and 1g 4G63 out of a 90"Eclipse GSX.......1year ..........2years........3years...........i go to his shop for help on my Mazda Rx-7 and i see this bad ass car (jokingly i said how much you want for it) --------------he said $800 +++ I said$700 +++ He said $750 +++ I said Sold Little did i know he needed the engine gone also ::::::long story short im here ive gotten a lot of help from Jace or TURBOJACE on tristarion and mr.bowman <a href='http://www.beatingyou.com/zerog/' target='_blank'>http://www.beatingyou.com/zerog/</a>
anywayz the car car came with eibach springs that lower the car alot the car has 87k miles nice black leather 5-speed K&N Filter pplexi-glass sunroof :angry: ---will have new one thax to patrick( PsychoPJV)---new tires (I WILL POST PICS WHEN I REURN FROM VACATION SOMETIME IN AUGUST GOTTA COME BACK FOR STUPID SCHOOL :blink: )

Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

Handling the welding welding business right now

Waiting for mighty max engine mounts I got for $5.00 on Ebay :D

Pulled the harnnes out of a 93" AWD Talon

Tomorrow im installing the new harness into the starion ( if the wheather permits)

I still gotta order


Intercooler
Exhaust
Bov
Wires
Oil
Gear lube

Stuck on intercooler size for the swap (dont want to much lag)

i've seen some of these pics before on the other boards. looks pretty good, back could be lower, oh well. and the header panel in front of the hood needs to be replaced. good luck.

modify a stock starion I/C -> 2.5" in/out.
