Getting the engine bolted in is about 10% of the way there.
The next 80% can go quickly with help and skill.
That last 10% takes about as long as the 90% that came before it.

<a href='http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/510792/2' target='_blank'>http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/510792/2</a>
A guy named Alex built this next car in his driveway about 2 to 3 yrs ago. He has said that at 350rwhp the car was perfect. Light to light he could burn em down. He eventually switched to a Haltec e6k standalone and a Green turbo- He then dynoed at 444rwhp 390ft lbs. . He sold the car becuase he didnt want to fork out cash for the Buschur AOD trans setup and although he was running 11.5s he felt the car could do 10s easily with a good expensive tranny setup.

On the other hand, when Alex had sold that car above on Ebay he first went for the cheap price of $7K fully inspected and ready to drive with 444rwhp. After he didn't sell it at that price he offered to sell it to me for 4K slightly detuned with around 350whp like his original setup was without the haltec e6k. Sadly I didn't have the cash at the time but it looks like I will soon with the new job I landed so I plan to resume this project that's been on hold. I still have this Supra R154 tranny so I might get Corky Bell to do it to it. I had talked to them when they were building my intercooler awhile back and they can do anything you want so time will tell.
anyways ...on with the links
