stock manifold w/ turbo turned 180 degrees?

I am using the stock manifold w/ the turbo turned 180 degrees & I am running into water and oil line issues. I was wondering if anybody has tried this and found an easy fix?

its a pain in the as. you dont HAVE to run water lines and have fun with that wastegate arm

i looked at it for a while, and a while longer... and i figured out what im gunna do. the waste gate arm wasnt a problem for me. it went right on just like it came off.
